How the referral works
You call 020 7946 0123 or send the short enquiry form. We look at where you live and what the job is, then pass your details to one local bathroom fitter who covers that area and takes on that type of work. The fitter contacts you to arrange a survey, measures up, checks the pipework and access, and gives you a written quote. The survey and quote are free and you are under no obligation to accept.
If you go ahead, your contract is with the fitter, not with us. You agree the price, the dates, the payment stages and any guarantee directly with them. We don't take deposits or payments from homeowners, and we don't charge you for the introduction.
What we check before referring a fitter
- Proof of public liability insurance, re-checked when the policy renews
- Gas Safe registration, and competent-person registration for electrical work, where the jobs they take on need them
- References from two recent bathroom jobs
- A traceable business with a fixed address
If a homeowner reports a problem, we pause referrals to that fitter while we look into it. We don't inspect the work on site, so you should still check the quote, the registrations that apply to your job and the payment terms before you sign. One fitter per enquiry
Your details go to one fitter, not to a list of firms who all ring you at once. If the first fitter can't take the job, or you'd like a second opinion, tell us and we will try to match you with another.
No cost to you
The referral, the survey and the written quote are free to homeowners, and you are always free to get quotes elsewhere.
